For a child with a disability in the lower limbs it is almost impossible to have a bicycle. The bicycle that fits exists. It’s called Handbike. Is very expensive, you do not buy from the cyclist but by a specialized orthopedic, is low and this means that it is not usable for the road but only on footpaths. The result is that the handbikes is “a game for adults.”

We think that sharing is the only way to allow use for  children, which may help to promote their use, and maybe one day to reduce its cost and make it accessible.  With 4 handbikes  sharing project began.

The handbikes can be requested free of charge, for a negotiable time depending on the requests, under the full responsibility of the family “host”.
